Phaeven answers your volleyball club’s phone while you’re on a court, and books every tryout, lesson, camp and open gym that calls in.
For club volleyball
Your phone rings while you’re on a court
Ace picks it up, answers the parent, and books it — every practice night, every tournament weekend.
Every ball here is a call
Where you actually are
You coach. That's the problem.
Almost every director runs their own team. Two or three nights a week you’re on a court, and a tournament weekend is eight to twelve hours in a convention centre with your phone in a bag. The line is busiest exactly then, because that’s when families are thinking about volleyball.
44%
of the week’s calls land in an hour you’re standing on a court. Tryout season is worse, whenever yours falls.
The second line
Nobody's loyal to you yet. They just want a yes.
A family already in your program calls back. Somebody shopping a lesson doesn’t — they were never yours to lose. This is the part of the phone that pays for itself, and camps and clinics alone run about 11% of a club’s revenue.
The math
Put your own numbers in.
6 hr 14 min
18 missed calls a week, times 4.33 weeks, at 4.8 minutes of phone tag each. Nobody is lost here — they call back, and they email. You just pay for it after practice.
$1,105
% of those callers have no tie to you yet — a lesson, a camp, a family new to the area. Assume % would have booked, at about $135 a ticket. These are the ones who genuinely don’t wait.
$84,000
athletes signed off calls you’d otherwise have missed, at $7,000 a season, staying 4. Whenever your window falls — they’re months apart by region, and by boys and girls.
The tape
Same call. Same Tuesday.
One parent, one question, one club. The only thing that changes is whether anybody answers.
Serve him one
Ask her anything a parent would.
Ace is live on this page. Tap the button, allow your mic, and ask her the thing a parent asked you last night.

Six spots. That's the whole rotation.

Tryouts & registration
When yours are, how to register, what to bring, and can she still try out. Whenever your window falls — it's yours, not a date we picked.
Anything he can’t answer goes to you with the recording, the transcript and a note, instead of dying in a voicemail box.
Where he stops
He's talking to parents about their kids.
You should want to know exactly where the line is before you put anything on your club’s phone. Here it is, and it’s in the contract, not just on this page.
Never anything about a specific child's welfare, safety or wellbeing. Those go to a human immediately, mid-call.
Never makes or implies a roster decision. He will not hint at whether an athlete made it, and he will not speculate about a coach's thinking.
Nothing is off the record. Recording, transcript and outcome for every call, auditable by you any day of the month.
Never pretends to be a person. He introduces himself as the club's assistant, unprompted, on every call — including the ones nobody asks.
What it costs
Cheaper than the admin. And he doesn't go home.
A part-time club admin runs $18–$25 an hour and works business hours, which is exactly when you can already answer your own phone.
One flat monthly fee, and a setup fee to build him on your schedule, your age groups and your gyms. We go through both on the call — and the guarantee below is what makes the monthly one safe to try.
The guarantee
Booked from calls you'd have missed, or you don't pay.
Priced against your window, not ours. Tell us when your tryouts are — they’re months apart by region, and months apart again between the boys’ and girls’ sides — and we hold the promise across yours. Set the number with us on the call, in writing, before you pay anything.
A note, not a pitch
Phaeven is new. No wall of club logos and no ten-year record to point at. What we have is a guarantee that puts our own fee on the line, and room for a small number of founding clubs who get a say in how Ace works before anyone else does.
We built this for med spas first, and it turns out a club has the same problem in a harder shape: the person who should answer the phone is the person standing on the court. That’s the whole product. I’m not asking you to trust a brand — call the number below and you’ll get me, or you’ll get Ace. Either way somebody picks up, which is rather the point.

Questions
What directors ask first.
Good — keep it. It takes registrations and payments, and it does that well. It has never answered a phone. Ace sits in front of it: he takes the call, answers the question, and puts the result where your system can see it.
Some do, and he gets you for those — ask for the director by name and he stops. But most parents want an answer, not a person, and right now they're getting neither. The ones who wait for you are the families who already trust you. The ones shopping a lesson or a camp just don't book.
He's built on your schedule, your age groups, your gyms, your fees and your process, and he's tested against them before he goes live. When he doesn't know, he says so and gets you — he is set up to hand off rather than to guess, because a confident wrong answer about a tryout is worse than no answer.
Nothing changes, which is the point. He works the whole weekend at the same speed he works a Tuesday. You'll come out of the gym to a list of what came in and what he did about it.
Days, not months — one call to set him up on your club, then a short build and a test round with you listening. Tell us your window when we talk and we'll work backwards from it. If it's tight we'll say so rather than promise it.
Takes the details, tells the caller honestly that he's getting the director, and sends you the recording, the transcript and a note. Nothing dies in a voicemail box, and nothing gets a made-up answer.
Only the calendar. Boys' and girls' seasons run months apart and beach runs on its own clock, which is exactly why nothing on this page names a date — he's built on your season, whatever shape it is.
Then you don't pay the monthly. That's the guarantee above, and we write the number into it before you pay anything. The setup fee is the part you're actually risking, and we'll tell you plainly on the call whether we think it's worth it for a club your size.

When are your tryouts?
We won’t guess. Every region runs a different calendar and the boys’ and girls’ sides are months apart. Tell us yours and we work backwards from it.
